New Patients

Dr. Wade is currently accepting new patients and clients. You can use the scheduling feature below to check availability. Please note if you are out of the state of Oregon, where Dr. Wade holds a medical license, Dr. Wade cannot act as your physician but she can offer virtual health consultations.
 

Investment

New Patient/Client Visits: $400 (75 minutes)

New Patient/Client Family Member Discount $300 ($100 off, 75 mins)

New Pediatric Patient/Client: $325 (60 minutes)

Standard Follow Up Visits: $200 (45 minutes)

Initial Fertility Consult with Partner: $450 (In-person or virtual - 90 minutes)

Follow Up with Partner: $250 (In person or virtual - 45 mins)

Cranial Sacral: $175 (45 mins)

Holistic Pelvic Care™: $175 (45 mins)

15-minute phone call: $66 (established patients only)

Dr. Wade does NOT accept insurance but can provide a super-bill for Oregon patients only. Depending on insurance type/plan, you may receive reimbursement. She also accepts HSA/FSA cards for Oregon patients.
