Current Patients

If you are a current patient, you may schedule a follow up visit using the calendar link below or in the ChARM patient portal.

 

New Patients

Dr. Wade is currently accepting new patients and clients. You can use the scheduling feature below to check availability. Please note if you are out of the state of Oregon, where Dr. Wade holds a medical license, Dr. Wade cannot act as your physician but she can offer virtual health consultations.
 

Fees

New Patient/Client Visits: $350 (90 minutes)

Follow Up Visits: $175 (45 minutes)

Initial Fertility Consult with Partner: $400 (Virtual - 90 minutes)

Initial Fertility Visit with Partner: $400 (In-person - 90 minutes)

Follow Up with Partner: $225 (In person or virtual - 45 mins)

Cranial Sacral: $150 (45 mins)

Dr. Wade does NOT accept insurance but can provide a super-bill for Oregon patients only. Depending on insurance type/plan, you may receive reimbursement. She also accepts HSA/FSA cards for Oregon patients.
