This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Elizabeth Wade, ND LLC ("Provider" or "Elizabeth Wade, ND LLC") and the individual or entity ("Client" or "Customer") accessing and utilizing the "Fertility Reclaimed" online course ("Course").

By accessing, purchasing, or using the Course, Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Provider may terminate this Agreement and Client's access to the Course materials at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason, with or without cause.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
