Payment is due at the time of service. New client appointments (90 minutes) are $250 and follow-up appointments are $150 (30-45 minutes). Fees are the same for in-person and phone/web appointments. Cash, check, and credit card/debit/HSA cards are all accepted forms of payment. Dr. Wade cannot bill insurance.

These visits do not create a physician-patient relationship but are meant to help guide you on understanding any diagnosis-to-date and offer recommendations for treatment that you can discuss with an established healthcare provider. Due to the nature of this arrangement, Dr. Wade strongly encourages all clients to maintain a relationship with a local Primary Care Provider.
Credit card information will be taken at the time of booking to hold the appointment. No charge will be made unless a cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment is made or the patient doesn’t show up for the appointment.
It’s very difficult to fill last minute cancellations. Kindly, give 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $125 cancellation fee for new patient appointments and a $75 cancellation fee for follow-up appointments.
